近日，博浩資產管理有限公司（「本公司」）發現有不法份子透過不同銷售手法向公眾人士宣稱本公司為其提供投資管理服務，並聲稱其投資產品受證監會監管。

博浩資產管理有限公司現發出嚴正聲明，本公司僅為以下基金提供非獨家之顧問服務，並沒有為以下投資產品及公司提供投資管理服務：

• EFS SPC 

• EFS SPC – Global Absolute Return SP

• EFS Asset Management Limited

 

如有任何機構或人士聲稱是博浩資產管理有限公司之代表與您聯絡或聲稱博浩資產管理有限公司為其提供投資管理服務，要求存入資金或賬戶資料等，敬請謹慎處理。如對任何聲稱為本公司代表之人士身份有疑問，請立即致電(852) 3502 2718聯絡本公司客戶主任進行核實。

對於閣下或任何人士因為直接或間接使用或連繫該等欺詐賬戶而導致的損失或損害，本公司不承擔任何責任，敬請留意。

博浩資產管理有限公司受香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會（「證監會」）所監管，以確保客戶的交易賬戶完全受到香港司法管轄權所管轄。

Infinitus Partners Asset Management Limited (“IPAM”) recently discovered the fraudsters, by means of different sales methods, claimed that IPAM act as investment manager and provide the provision of investment management service for the company(ies) and its investment product(s).

 

Infinitus Partners Asset Management Limited reiterates that does not provide investment management services for the following company(ies) and its investment product(s):

• EFS SPC

• EFS SPC – Global Absolute Return SP

• EFS Asset Management Limited

 

IPAM is solely a non-exclusive investment advisor to the above company(ies) and does not involved in their management at all.

Should you receive any message from an organization or a person claiming to be a representative of Infinitus Partners Asset Management Limited  or claiming IPAM provide the provision of investment management service requesting for personal information, deposits etc., please remain vigilant. If you are suspicious about the identity of any intermediary or person, please verify with us by calling our representative at (852)3502 2718.
